What will you gain from your makeup lesson?

Having a makeup lesson with me will help you gain confidence in your application method and have a better understanding of product placement and product knowledge. Do remember one lesson will not make you a makeup pro over night but using the elements learnt and continuing to put into practise what you have learnt will set you on the right path!

My full makeup kit will be available to use. Whether you have your kit ready to go or want to discover what products you may need or like to try to build your kit - my kit, brushes and lighting will be fully accessible to you to during your makeup lesson. ​

A personal post lesson guide will be available for you to download. Once your lesson has been carried out this will be sent within 24 hours.

Where are makeup lessons carried out?

All makeup lessons are carried out at my home studio space in Hoo, Medway. Address details will be sent upon booking.

What is included in a makeup artist lesson?

​

A makeup artist lesson is for aspiring or current makeup artists wanting to expand their skills. These lessons are timed, structured but can be tailored to what you wish to learn. eg: full face but an eye focus, a neutral natural eye makeup but a skin focus.

Makeup artist lessons are designed to teach how to apply products on clientele and learning how to colour match, skin prep and learning how to create my signature soft glam. Makeup artist lessons will also consist of being able to ask for advice on the business side of the industry, tips and insider industry knowledge.

What is included in a learn your own face lesson?

​

A learn your own face lesson is for those who are not makeup artists and are looking to enhance their abilities with their own makeup. This can be perfect for future brides to be or bridesmaids wanting to learn how to do their own makeup for a wedding abroad or for the person who simply wishes to learn more about applying their own makeup for day - day or special occasions.

 

During your lesson I will either demonstrate and apply on one side of your face my techniques for you to replicate on the other side of your face or you can opt for a more discriptive approach whilst you apply your makeup. Together we can build and create you a full face of makeup. I typically recommend the demonstrtate and apply style of learning as this is more hands on and visual. I highly recommend to take notes during your lessons however I will supply a post lesson product list and my top tips guide. ​

Who supplies the model for Makeup artist lessons?

​

You will be required to source your own model for your makeup lesson. Please choose a model who fits the brief for the desired look you wish to learn. 

​

Can we book as a group?

​

I currently do not offer group lessons. Please remember to come alone to your lesson however not forgetting your makeup model. Makeup artists lessons are only available on a 1-1 basis as I believe a 1-1 experience truly allows you to soak in all the knowledge and have a better experience.

 

How do I secure? 

 

Lessons require a 50% deposit to be secured into the diary. The final balance will then be due one week prior to your lesson. Should you cancel at any time your deposit will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions​

​

Makeup lessons are carried out on a Monday - Saturday basis. Lessons will currently only be available between October - April basis. Saturdays will be subject to my availability.

​

Makeup lessons can only be booked 12 weeks / 3 months in advance. 

​

Makeup lessons cannot be filmed or recorded by the client or model.  

​

The option of payment on the day will not be accepted. Pre payment is required due to time and products used. ​

​

Any payments made are strictly non-refundable.
