Deposits are required in order to secure your bookings. Deposits are required per makeup booked. The remaining balance is due on the day via cash or bank transfer. Deposits are strictly non refundable and non transferable unless Gemma has to unfortunately cancel.
EXTRA CHARGES:
CANCELLATION FEE: DEPOSIT PAID
TRAVEL CHARGE RATE: £0.60p per mile there and back if over 15 miles away
UNSOCIAL HOURS (before 7am): +£10 per makeup
A booking fee will be required per person booking to secure the slot(s) requested. The remainder can be paid on the day by cash or Bacs transfer. Without a booking fee there is no booking. Payment details will be send at the time of enquiry and is required to be paid within 24 hours. Slots will not be held. Travel charge may be added dependant on your location. Travel charge will be required to be pre paid on top of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event a client has to cancel a booking, a cancellation fee will apply. Bookings are also non transferable. This cancellation fee is also the initial booking fee paid. In exceptional circumstances Gemma may offer you a refund at her own discretion. A booking fee will only be refundable should Gemma have to cancel a booking due to any unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation fees are as indicated below:

Glam Makeup cancellation fee: £30 per person booked
If you have paid travel costing within your booking fee this will be refundable due to Gemma no longer being required to travel - if there is a partial cancellation and Gemma is still required to travel for the remaining makeups the travel charge will be non refundable for those who cancelled. You will then be refunded the difference between your booking fee and travel charge. For example:
£30 booking fee for x1 Makeup + £10 travel charge = £40 paid
Your refund = £10 travel charge.
