COMPLETE A BRIDAL ENQUIRY FORM
The first step is to complete a bridal form - this is where I can discover more about you and your wedding day. All bridal enquiries must have a form completed to be able to secure your date with me. All forms will be replied to within 48-72 hours. Please complete the form as accurately as possible and please provide as much detail as you can. Be sure to also check out your wedding years price list!

RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE VIA EMAIL
Once the bridal form has been completed I will look over this and confirm my availability. If I am available you will receive your quote via email. If I am unavailable I will message you regarding this. No bridal form goes unanswered. Be sure to check your spam / Junk mail so you don't miss your quote!

SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE
Your quote email will also include everything you need to know including GemMakeup T+Cs and booking options. I offer two booking options for those booking under 6 months away and then over 6 months in advance. I will inform you which booking option applies to you and then send over all details on how to secure your wedding date with me.
BOOK IN YOUR BRIDAL TRIAL
Your bridal trial can be booked in around 2-5 months prior to the wedding. I will be in touch when the time is approaching to start thinking about getting your trial(s) booked in. Bridal party trials can also be booked in at this time. Trials are required to be pre paid at the time of booking in. You will then be sent an updated invoice showing all your payments made so far.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE
Your final payment will be due exactly 1 month prior to the wedding date. I will never ask you to pay your final payment any earlier. By the time your final balance is due we would have met and carried out your trial. This way you can pay the final balance with full confidence in me and my services. You will receive an email when your deadline date is approaching. This deadline date will also be noted on your invoice. A final invoice will be sent to confirm full payment has been received.
BRIDAL TRIAL & MEET YOUR SUPPLIER!
This is the exciting part! Your trial is where we have the chance to meet and talk all things wedding, makeup and much more!
On your trial I will carry out a consultation to gather the information for the wedding day. Eg: ceremony time, venue open times etc. This allows me to create a bridal schedule / glam timeline for you for the wedding morning. This will also include a list of products you wish to know and also any extra notes and my top tips for a smooth wedding morning.

FINAL INVOICE
Once the remaining balance has been received you will receive your final invoice showing the full balance has been received. If your booking requires an assisting artist I will pay my assisting artist via the balance received. I will then send a confirmation of receipt and in touch a little closer to the wedding date to re confirm your booking is okay to go ahead as planned.

THE BIG DAY HAS ARRIVED!!
The big day is here! How exciting!!! I will arrive at the agreed scheduled time (although I am usually extremely early) I will then set up and begin glams as planned on my schedule. I will also stay with you until your ceremony time! Please don't forget to message me post wedding... I love hearing all about your wedding day and also LOVE and appreciate your feedback. I hope you see you for many more glams to come in the future!!
