Booking Process Guide

An insight into the steps from enquiring up until the wedding day

complete bridal form

The first step is to complete a bridal form. All bridal enquiries must have a form completed. All forms will be replied to within 48-72 hours. Please complete the form as accurately as possible. Be sure to also check out your wedding years price list!

Book in your bridal trial

Your bridal trial can be booked in around 2-4 months prior to the wedding. Gemma will be in touch when the time is approaching to start thinking about getting your trial(s) booked in. Bridal party trials can also be booked in at this time.

Receive a quote

Once the bridal form has been completed Gemma will look over this and confirm her availability. If Gemma is available you will receive your quote via email. Be sure to check your spam / Junk mail so you don't miss your quote!

Receive your bridal schedule

On your trial Gemma will go through a list of questions to gather the information for the wedding day. Eg: ceremony time, venue open times etc. This allows Gemma to create a bridal schedule for you. This will also include a list of products you wish to know and also any extra notes.

Secure your date

Your quote email will also include GemMakeup T+Cs and booking options. Please choose the booking option best suited to you in order to secure your wedding date with Gemma. An invoice and booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Wedding day!

YAY! The special day has arrived! The full balance will have been paid 1 month prior to the wedding so there is no need to worry about payment on the day. Everything will run smoothly from the schedule. Gemma will stay with you up until your ceremony time to make sure everything is PERFECT!
